Numerals learning set - 20 different sensors

Learning to count has never been so fun and... sensory! 

 

We have for you a set of 20 mini disks: 10 with the numbers 0 to 9 and 10 with various number fillings corresponding to the previously mentioned numbers. The set also includes a plate in which the child can place matching numbers and fillings, e.g. the mini disc with the number one is matched to the mini touch disc with one starfish, and the mini disc with the number 4 to the mini sensory disc with 4 pebbles. As well as teaching counting, mini-sensory discs are a great tool to help children's sensory development. Touching the varied natural textures stimulates tactile and proprioceptive (deep sensory) receptors.  Through play, the child develops visual and tactile perception as well as hand-eye coordination with the accompanying whiteboard. By searching for appropriate pairs of sensory discs from the collection, the child exercises concentration.
